Who are the services intended for?
My photographic services are aimed at both private clients and businesses. This includes families, couples, weddings, portraits, as well as companies, hotels, holiday rentals, hospitality businesses, and other commercial clients.
Which photographic services do you offer?
I offer all photographic services presented on my website, both for private and commercial purposes. Details about the individual services can be found on the respective subpages.
In which region do you work?
I work in Villingen-Schwenningen and within a radius of approximately 40–50 km. This includes, among others, Villingen, Schwenningen, Donaueschingen, Rottweil, Tuttlingen, Furtwangen, the southern Black Forest, and the Lake Constance region. Other locations are possible by arrangement.
How can I request or book an appointment?
Requests can be made via the contact form on the website or directly by email. After your inquiry, we will clarify the details together and confirm the appointment bindingly.
Is a deposit required?
For certain assignments, a deposit may be agreed upon. Whether a deposit is required and in what amount will be discussed individually in advance.
Where can I find the prices?
Specific prices can be found on the respective service and landing pages on my website. Alternatively, I am happy to provide an individual offer upon request.
How are the photos edited and delivered?
All final images are professionally edited. The resolution (original resolution, web-optimized versions, or both) is agreed upon individually. The exact selection and delivery format are determined after the shoot.
How long does it take to receive the photos?
Delivery is carried out as quickly as possible. The usual turnaround time is 3–5 working days, depending on the scope of the assignment. Same-day delivery may be possible in certain cases upon request and prior arrangement.
How will I receive my photos?
Photos are delivered via an online gallery or cloud download. The corresponding download links are sent by email. Delivery on a USB drive is available upon request and for an additional fee.
Are RAW files provided?
Unedited RAW files are generally not provided unless explicitly agreed upon in advance.
How may the photos be used?
The use of the delivered photos is unlimited in time and location. Full copyright remains with me. Use of the images for my own portfolio or website will only take place after prior agreement with the client.
What are the cancellation terms?
Cancellation is free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. For cancellations made later, I reserve the right to charge 50% of the agreed fee, as the appointment usually cannot be reassigned at short notice. This policy applies to both private and commercial assignments.
What happens in case of bad weather?
If a shoot must take place outdoors and cannot be carried out due to unfavorable weather conditions, we will try to arrange a new date as soon as possible once conditions are suitable.
What happens if you have to cancel the appointment?
If an appointment cannot take place due to illness or force majeure on my part, I will inform you as early as possible. In this case, we will attempt to find a replacement date together. Alternatively, the assignment can be cancelled without any obligation. Any deposit already paid will be fully refunded. There is no entitlement to compensation in such cases.
How are non-postponable dates handled, e.g. weddings?
In the case of non-postponable dates such as weddings, I will make every effort to find the best possible solution in the event of force majeure. However, a replacement cannot be guaranteed. In any case, any deposit already paid will be fully refunded. No further claims apply.
How does the sale of prints work?
I personally process print orders. Printing and shipping are handled by Saal Digital GmbH, Zeppelinstraße 36, 91187 Röttenbach, Germany. By placing an order on my website, you agree that the data necessary to fulfil the order (name, address, ordered print and size) will be passed on to Saal Digital GmbH.
Is there a right of return for prints?
Returns are only accepted in the case of justified complaints, such as transport damage or visibly poor print quality. I have no direct influence over the printing process itself.
In which languages is communication possible?
Communication is possible in German, English, and Croatian.
